How to Get a USDOT Number for Your Company
To secure a USDOT number, call (888) 414-1874 or apply online at the Registration and Licensing Section of the FMCSA website www.fmcsa.dot.gov. Registration (completion of the MCS-150 Form) is a one-time event that costs $350 and covers all company vehicles. There is a $10,000 mandatory fine for failure to comply with this regulation.

In Toledo, A local elementary school student was presented an award for striving for excellence in academics after struggling in the past.

The 3rd annual TOLEDO BIG GIVE took place Wednesday at Jones Middle School. 8th grader Ki'Angelo Carpenter was surprised at an assembly and given a $500 shopping spree to Westfield Franklin Park Mall.  The shopping trip also included a limo ride to the mall and back.

The New York Post has reported on Monday that a businessman from Hong Kong was reserved a limo from the Teterboro Airport in New Jersey to New York City for a total 13-mile trip. However this trip wound up costing nearly $800,000.
