A limousine driver parked on a Great Neck roadside was robbed at knifepoint Monday night.

Detectives said a man opened the limousine's door and put a knife to the left ear of the driver, a 27-year-old man, and demanded money and his cell phone. Another man, an apparent accomplice of the robber, stood at the limousine's passenger door.

At the time of the robbery, 7:35 pm. Monday, the limousine was parked at 683 Middle Neck Rd

The driver complied, handing over his money and his work cell phone but keeping his personal cell phone, which he used to call 911 as the two men ran toward Crampton Lane. The driver was not injured.
