We all face customers constantly shopping price with us....and that is all that is on most of thier minds. It is up to you to educate your customer...
One of the things I am trying to do when a customer shops with me, is ask them if the only concern they have with the transportation they are looking for is price. Hold your breath a minute and let them answer you. Most of the time they will say no. They will come up with various answers and some will swagger and not know what to say....here is your opportunity to sell your customer on just exactly what you have to offer them besides price. Here we go again....if you want a $10 dollar haircut, walk in to hair cuts R us. If you are the type of client that is concerned with what your family travels in, is the vehicle going to be clean, well maintained, is the driver going to be rested, will the company show up and etc, etc.....sell yourself at this point. It never fails. We capture, when we can remember to do it, about 2/3 of the customers we take time with. Just a tip to help out, I hope it helps!
