Three men, stopped in a limousine, were being questioned tonight in connection with a Ligonier Township bank robbery earlier this week.
Township police Chief Ron Dorazio said the men -- two black and one white -- appeared to have ties to the holdup at the First Commonwealth Bank on Route 30, but declined to elaborate. "We're talking to them right now," he said last night at the police station. Four men, all possibly black, went into the bank shortly before 9:30 a.m. Wednesday and took money from the vault as well as teller stations, police said. The men were wearing black motorcycle or paintball helmets during the holdup. Dorazio said the three men being questioned were in a black limousine when police pulled it over about 3:30 p.m. yesterday near the intersection of routes 30 and 259. Witnesses to the robbery told police that a limousine may have been used in the heist. Dorazio said the limousine and the vehicle's proximity to the bank were among the reasons why authorities stopped the vehicle. The FBI declined to talk about the robbery yesterday. http://www.limorecycler.com/ - http://www.limodeals.com/ - http://www.freelimowebsites.com/ |
