Nick Cordova had a very successful career in the restaurant businesss, but when he relocated to the Los Angeles Valley area, he took off in a different direction.

You can say he decided to stretch in a new direction.

His Valley-based limousine company, has grown in just four years

from no cars to a fleet of nearly two dozen and a growing roster of private and corporate clients, including a new contract with the LAUSD and USC athletics teams.
Besides offering everything from town cars to stretch Hummers to Charter Buses, Nick also provides private security services also.

"I began working in limousine services even before leaving the East Coast," said Cordova, who lives in Northridge. "So I knew what kinds of services I wanted to offer and what clientele I wanted to attract."

Naming the new business was a calculated strategy, Cordova said, intended to set the company apart with a bit of East Coast cachet and flair. The company was named Times Square Limousine to revive some east coast admiration.

"We had done plenty of research into the market. I wanted to determine what it would take to develop a top-notch, first-class livery service"

What was the KEY???      How did he do it?

He actually began building his business with cold calls and a single-page Web site designed by Free Limo Websites (www.freelimowebsites.com) and no vehicles. Nick also selected to advertise in Limo Deals (www.limodeals.com) "It was a no brainer" said Nick "It's the most affordable advertising service that does not charge per lead fees, how can you go wrong?". I owe alot to LimoDeals.com amd FreeLimoWebsites as if it was not for them I would have never taken off as I did.

"When you're the new kid on the block, it can take a little time to get the phone to ring," he said. "After joining www.LimoDeals.com the phones did start to ring, More and More often, I went out and purchased one limo and one sedan."

The business soon developed a strong client base and began steady growth in the valley.

Cordova said his emphasis on customer service means that his drivers undergo rigorous screening and thorough training that begins with a custom etiquette course.

"Besides keeping our vehicles spotlessly clean, we have a dress code," Cordova said. "I believe the first impression clients have is key to their perception of service your service".

"We also work with our drivers to learn how to be flexible and adapt to the client's needs."

After that grounding in the style approach, new drivers complete a driving course - among other challenges, learning how to turn those stretched vehicles - and then spend time working with a more experienced driver.

"The limos can be intimidating at first," Cordova said, "but after a couple of days, you lose that factor and learn how to rely on side mirrors and your own driving skills."

He's proud to note that, to date, his drivers have not had any accidents,

Customer interest and need persuaded Cordova to add private security as one of their custom services.

Trained, licensed and Armed security personnel are available for services. We offer a team of up to eight professionals.

As Cordova looks ahead, he said "The sky's the limit."
